HART is an accredited provider of the Transport for NSW (TfNSW) Motorcycle Pre-Provisional Rider Training Course. If you have held your Learner rider licence for a minimum of three months and not more than 12 months, you can book in for the Pre-Provisional Course, which includes the Motorcycle Operator Skills Test (MOST)

This 2 hour course is for MOST RE-TEST or INTERNATIONAL LICENCE CONVERSION and includes a practise session specifically designed to improve your bike handling skills in preparation for passing the Transport for NSW Motorcycle Operator Skills Test (MOST). The MOST is conducted in the latter part of this course.

This course is for MOST RE-TEST or INTERNATIONAL LICENCE CONVERSION only. There is no practise session in this course, it is a test only. If you feel you need a warm up and some practise before attempting the MOST, consider booking Skills Practise & MOST

HART is accredited by VicRoads to provide learner permit and licence training and assessment services. The Licence Assessment is the final stage in getting a motorcycle licence in Victoria.
